Protection of personal data

In accordance with Article 27 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the information required for the processing and execution of requests is marked with an asterisk. The other information requested, for which the answer is optional, is intended to better know the users and thus to improve the services offered to them.

Privacy Practices

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which come into force on May 25, 2018, define the principles to be observed when collecting, processing and storing personal data. They also guarantee rights for the people concerned.

Several forms are present on the site in order to collect the data of a visitor:


The purpose of collecting data on the website is to compile a file of management of the interested parties of the actions carried out by the private school. This file is used for statistical purposes, to contact and / or propose relevant events to contacts.


In order to better follow the interest of the members, the file collects all the information left by the Internet users on the forms of contacts, as well as anonymous statistics related to the behavior of Internet users vis-à-vis Internet sites.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinion, trade union membership, health or sexual life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).


The consent to the processing of personal data of a visitor is systematically obtained for one or more specific purposes. For example, obtaining the visitor’s email address when entering a registration form is intended to send him a documentation or to suggest resources likely to interest him.


The data collected on the site are kept.


In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, all persons can exercise their right of rectification, deletion of data concerning them by making the request by signed mail and accompanied by the copy of an identity document to the address of the school of Itecom Art Design. An answer will be made no later than the month following the request for rectification or deletion.


The non-anonymous data collected on the site, are hosted by Haisoft (contact details stored in our account, sending emails from our account and tracking interactions for the purpose of improvement and personalization of information ) and the host Alwaysdata. Only the members responsible for the school offices have access to the data, via a personal identifier and unique to the platforms.


In case of violation or suspicion of personal data breach, the private school Itecom Art Design will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after having read it.

Personal data
