Our programs

At Itecom, all our courses are enrolled in programs that adapt to the expectations of students and are thus available as an initial program or alternately. Some are possible from a distance. Regardless of the program chosen, students are trained to enter the job market effectively and meet the demands of employers.

Initial formation

The initial formation allows the student to devote all his time to studies.

  • The student has a traditional academic pace while having the opportunity to have a student job outside of class hours and finance his formation.
  • It benefits from the school holidays calendar of the academic region.
  • The payment terms are mentioned in the registration contract.
  • Possibilities of internship in company.
  • Possibilities of financing thanks to our banking partners with reduced and interesting rates (Socièté Générale, BNP Paribas, LCL …).

Work-study formation

Work-study formation is for students wishing to combine studies and professional experience

It is recommended that students begin with an initial year of study in order to acquire sufficient knowledge and appropriate attitudes to be effective in their work within the host company. In addition, during this first year of study, the student can be supported by his training consultant who will help him in his search for alternation.

The student will be signed a contract of professionalisation, the tuition fees will be entirely or partially supported by the OPCA from which the company contributes. Therefore, the student receives a salary and has professional experience, which will be an advantage for the search for a future job. The rhythm of the alternation is 75% of his time in the company and 25% remaining at school. The pace varies according to the training (3 days – 2 days / 1 week in the month / …). In alternation, the training remains free for the student because it is paid by the OPCA of the company. The student receives a salary according to his age and his diplomas.

The professionalization contract, an interesting formula

The role of the Corporate Relations Department is to help you and assist you in your business search process.

We are at your service to help you as much as possible in your efforts, but remember: it is your level of involvement that will determine your success!
It is a CDD or CDI alternately, with a minimum duration of 6 months. The professionalisation action can go up to 24 months according to the branch agreement. It is aimed at young people aged 16 to 25 and jobseekers aged 26 and over.
It allows to promote the insertion or the professional reintegration and to acquire a professional qualification recognized by the branch.

Continuing education or pfa (personal formation account within itecom)

The PFA, which replaced the DIF, allows both the employee and the job seeker to acquire training rights and thus be able to train regularly, throughout his career.

  • For who ? : For all assets (from 15 years old for young people on apprenticeship contracts) until retirement: permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, apprenticeship and professionalization contracts. The PFA is thus linked to the individual who keeps it. throughout his professional life.
  • When to use it? : The PFA can be used during a period of unemployment, as part of a contract of professional security (CPS) or his employer. It is not useful to obtain the agreement of the employer to set up training financed by the PFA, except for the training that would be carried out on working time.
  • For what ? : The PFA targets actions of qualifying or certifying training, but also accompaniments in VAE. The CPF is managed by the Caisse des Dépots et Consignations.
  • Duration ? :The PFA is capped at 150 hours (additional contributions are however possible). For example, the hours acquired in 2015 are credited in March 2016. Added to those acquired in 2016 (credited early 2017) and so on, until reaching this ceiling of 150 hours. The PFA is “rechargeable”: the capital of hours is reconstituted after each use.
  • Acquisitions of hours under the pfa : your capital under the PFA is:
    • The balance of your DIF hours if any.
    • Hours earned, as of January 1, 2015, under an employment contract (24 hours per year for full-time salaried work throughout the year, until the acquisition of a credit of 120 hours, then 12 hours a year, within the limit of a total ceiling of 150 hours).
    • Certain absences (maternity / paternity leave, parental leave, work accident, etc.) are taken into account for the calculation of the PFA.
    • From 2020 onwards, any additional compensation that may be granted to the employee in companies with 50 or more employees.

What is Continuing Professional Development (CPD)?

Continuing Professional Development is aimed at both employees and job seekers, young people and adults through various schemes.

    Its purpose is:

  • facilitate their adaptation to the developments of new technologies and new working conditions;
  • contribute to maintaining and improving their level of qualification;
  • to increase their chances of social and professional advancement.

Employees are trained as part of their company’s training plan; they also have the personal formation account (PFA), the individual leave to formation (ILF), the leave of absence of competency (LAC) and the leave validation of the acquired experience (LVAE). and the remuneration is then processed by the collecting body (Opca, Opacif) to which the company belongs.

Jobseekers have training funded by the Region, the State, the employment center, the County Councils and the municipalities. They can be trained under a particular contract of employment including training. Young people between the ages of 16 and 26 receive training financed by the Region or under the professionalization contract. Compensation for jobseekers falls under Unemployment Insurance according to their individual situation or under certain conditions of remuneration paid by the Region or the State.

    Professional formation at ITECOM is:

  • Courses registered at RNCP level II and III
  • Formation provided at an establishment that has received the OPQF qualification
  • Formation recorded at DATADOCK

Titles registered with the NDPC and Higher Certificates of Vocational formation

The institution Itecom Paris delivers, at the end of a training period, titles registered in the National Directory of Professional Certification (NDPC):

The NDPC in which these training courses are registered is managed by the National Commission for Professional Certification (NCPC).

Created by the law of social modernization of 17 January 2002, the Commission is placed under the authority of the Minister in charge of vocational training.

Its main mission is to ensure the quality of professional education, such as that offered at a school of applied arts.

    In practice, NCPC studies the files of titles issued by the institutions by ensuring that:

  • the level of remuneration of the incumbents practicing their profession corresponds to the level at which the title is inscribed;
  • most of the incumbents work in the trades targeted by the formation;
  • the skills necessary to practice the profession are clearly identified and evaluated;
  • the incumbents are followed up after their entry into the world of work.

It also has other missions in the context of the harmonization of training (including at European level) and the guarantee of an overall quality of vocational training in France, especially with regard to funding organizations.

She proposes, after instruction of the file and passage in committee, its registration with the NDPC. It is therefore an official procedure to recognize the quality of the training offered in a real objective of professional integration.

Higher Certificate of Professional Qualification

It is an attestation issued by the institution attesting to the acquisition of skills by a jury for the exercise of the trade referred to as part of a qualifying formation.

POQF – Professional Office for the Qualification of Formation Organizations

The OPQF was created in 1994 at the initiative of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Vocational Training and the Federation of Vocational Formation (FVF)

The POQF has a tripartite representation that includes in its bodies, representatives of formation providers, customers (companies, OPCA) and the general interest.

Itecom Paris saw its POQF qualification renewed in 2014.

    This qualification is based on the following criteria:

  • compliance with the regulations;
  • the adequacy of skills and technical and human resources for training actions;
  • the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the training courses;
  • the financial sustainability of the institution;
  • compliance with the code of ethics, the code of professional conduct and the rules of procedure.

The OPQF qualification is a key reference for professionals, clients and public authorities, identified in the code of Public Contracts of 2006.

Each year, Itecom validates its POQF qualification on the occasion of an annual declaration of activity, while the renewal takes place every four years.


Terms of admission

Admissions are at all times and at all levels of formation

For the BTS (brevet de technicien supérieur), candidates must have an Artistic Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma. For applicants who do not meet this requirement, the Institutional Head may grant a waiver to have their file reviewed by a jury.

Admissions continue within the limits of available places.

Convocation and admission interview

Admission interviews take place from January to November of the current year. If the application is successful, admission is considered final.

In the case of students with a level equivalent to Bac + 1, Bac + 2 or Bac + 3: The level of integration in the curriculum of their choice can be considered on file and interview.

Each year, ITECOM ART DESIGN organizes open days that present the work of the students.
